- Manage and track M&A deliverables to close
- Prepare and review legal documents including employee contracts, confidentiality agreements, shareholder agreements, financial reports, articles, and lease agreements
- Prepare and track paperwork for mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions, amendments and withdrawals
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations
- Assisting in Due Diligence activities as needed
- Prepare and file documentation including state tax registrations and IRS forms
- Prepare UCC searches and filings
- Compile necessary data and prepare audit letters
