The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading digital strategy and execution of multi-channel for global marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with the Paid Media Director, the other Digital Marketing Manager, the Solution teams, the Regional teams and the Partner team. You will manage the paid channels such as paid social media, content syndication, third party sponsorship, paid search and display programmatic. You will own the development of the integrated digital strategy by channel including retargeting and omni channel strategy. You will lead the quarterly planning with the media agency and collaborate with Solution and Regional teams. You will set campaigns and tracking, run QA and provide insights for optimization. - Implementing and optimizing innovative integrated multi-channel digital campaigns from conception to launch and the daily execution based on the latest standard processes
- Working together with the campaign teams, regional teams, and channel teams to develop innovative integrated digital campaigns with the right channel-mix strategy and budget
- Defining, measuring, optimizing, and reporting campaign performance and providing practical insights to the team
- Managing the digital agency including submitting SOW, POs, work back schedule, QA process, weekly calls and reporting
- Owning the paid media budget for digital campaigns while tracking to goals
- With support from the campaign, regional and brand teams, aid in the creation of copy, creative, and content, and strategize which platforms to promote
- Build audience targeting/retargeting for always-on campaigns and digital nurture
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
- Develop and present insightful and actionable recommendations to leadership based on your findings.
- Drive continuous improvement in our executional rigor and operational processes.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of global experience with hands-on execution, implementing digital strategy, build, and management of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- B2B marketing experience desired. SaaS experience and experience targeting developers audience - a big plus
- Experience launching and optimizing campaigns on paid social platforms, like LinkedIn, (bonus if experience with Reddit), on email/automation platforms, and with media publications.
- Experience running content syndication programs, multi touch programs, ABM programs
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level marketing technology tools is needed (Tableau, Adobe Analytics, 6sense – bonus if experience with Marketo, SFDC)
- Ability to define strategic vision through data analysis, insights, and prioritization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Have digital agency management experience
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
