  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in leadership roles in work, school, or community
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Related internship or work experience
  • Demonstrated abilities in planning and communication of ideas and concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels within the business
  • Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel during the program
Responsibilities
  • Ability to perform four to six rotations, each of which would be approximately six months long
  • Rotations may include both project work as well as day-to-day finance and accounting tasks and responsibilities in order to build foundational skills
  • Involvement in and completion of projects both individually as well as with cross functional teams within the business
  • These assignments provide the Finance Rotational Analyst with opportunities to develop core finance skills, business acumen, systems familiarity, and organizational relationships
  • Flexibility to work with different direct managers for each rotation, as well as a mentor that will remain the same for the 2 year period
  • Ability to take advantage of opportunities for additional training and development
  • These include Charter-based classes when available: Professional Presence, Teams and Teamwork, Presentation Skills, Project Management, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Safety Training. External training as needed for additional skill building
Desired Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Prior experience with ERP systems
