Responsibilities
  • Growing revenue from existing customer base
  • Collaborating with customer success to ensure healthy customers that renew at a high rate
  • Tailoring approach to each client
  • Generating valuable conversations across multiple teams
  • Mapping and building account plans
  • Providing forecasts for opportunities identified
  • Arranging regular meetings with key players in the accounts
  • Evangelizing 360Learning vision through high-quality product demonstrations
  • Working with all other teams within the company to optimize the customer experience
  • Establishing and growing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the customer base
  • Accessing, analyzing, and presenting customer reports
  • Driving customer satisfaction and referenceability
  • Mastering the product demo and pitch
  • Starting work with the client success team to understand book of business
  • Building your own pipeline by power mapping top potential clients
  • Running tailored and exceptional client meetings with high priority clients
  • Becoming knowledgeable in Learning & Development market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
  • Identifying product growth areas within existing customer base
  • Contributing as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform
  • Sharing knowledge with the rest of the organization
