Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in internet sales, is required.
- A neat, clean, and professional appearance is required.
- A pleasant and friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality are required.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
- The ability to achieve goals with limited direct supervision is required.

- An unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to online inquiries by providing clients with vehicle information, scheduling appointments, and staging appropriate vehicles for clients' arrival.
- Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure all speed limits and other rules of the road are followed.
- Negotiate sales closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical manner.
- Help facilitate vehicle delivery by clearly explaining vehicle and feature operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes.
- Help educate and train new staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
