Requirements
  • You have a proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • You have the demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • You have a solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • You have experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • You have the proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • You have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You have a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Responsibilities
  • You will operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to new and existing vertical accounts
  • You will understand business requirements and communicate these effectively to all necessary departments
  • You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships both with “accounts” and service providers
  • You will establish and report on key performance indicators and metrics on a consistent basis
  • You will advocate for brands needs within the Care organization and help communicate member needs to product teams at each of the brands
  • You will negotiate service level agreements to maximize performance
  • You will develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customers stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • You will clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • You will forecast and track key account metrics
  • You will prepare reports on account status
  • You will collaborate with the Care team to develop service roadmaps for each account
  • You will assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
