Requirements
  • 3+ years of partnership management or managed service sales experience
  • Experience within the cybersecurity space, particularly within a start-up or high growth organization
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) and close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue target achievement and program adoption
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a dynamic environment on multiple initiatives and programs
  • Proven success in working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
  • Drive activation and enablement of managed service provider and managed security service provider partners
  • Establish partner program to scale growth, applying incentives for adoption
  • Develop joint go-to-market partner strategies with MSPs that promotes MSP client adoption of Coalition products and services
  • Drive revenue growth through referrals and policyholder programs that supports MSP partner ecosystem
  • Educate Coalition customer facing teams including sales, customer service, and technical support on new MSP partner offerings and available technologies, while educating our partners on all things Coalition and cyber insurance
  • Understand cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and insurance contingencies to support partner ecosystem and Coalition customers
  • Support Coalition product development strategy for MSPs
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and channel sales to scale MSP channel growth
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in cyber insurance or insurance in general a bonus
  • Previous experience in establishing a marketplace a bonus
