Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to demonstrate attention to details
  • Team player who can effectively interact with management and collaborate with other departments in the organization
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Maintain a professional disposition in a fast paced, open area, neat, and organized office environment
  • Basic ability to read drawings
Responsibilities
  • Responds to inquiries on order status, changes, or cancellations
  • Review bills of material on jobs
  • Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents
  • Responsible for complying with government, company, and local policies, procedures, and regulations (DPAS, ITAR, ISO9001, and AS9100 etc.)
  • Maintaining clear communication between operations and departments on critical, urgent, and essential parts and supplies
  • Coordination of various high volume projects
  • Customer account management
  • Handle order entry, scheduling, inventory control, invoicing, customer returns, and budgetary forecasting of the account for production
  • Document procedures, as well as track and review processes accordingly

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong follow-up skills
