Requirements
  • 8+ years prior experience in a contract administration role
  • SaaS company experience a plus
  • Desire to learn and expand within this role
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and gain the confidence of internal and external customers
  • Ability to successfully identify and navigate sourcing/procurement processes of large Fortune 150 customers
  • Ability to effectively align customer and vendor contracts to Intradiem standard terms
  • Must be customer focused and capable of building confidence and trust
  • Ability to adapt schedule to serve clients in international time zones when necessary
  • Able to work productively independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once and shift priorities to meet business needs
  • Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts
  • Ability to take initiative and accountability for achieving results
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience, minimum 8+ years of work experience
Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the contracts enablement strategy, ensuring the department aligns with organizational goals and values
  • Design and implement streamlined contract processes, tools, and technologies that enhance productivity and drive business results
  • Foster strong relationships with sales, finance, operations, engineering, and other relevant teams, ensuring contracts support cross-departmental needs and objectives
  • Oversee the identification and mitigation of contractual risks, while ensuring all processes are compliant with legal standards and company policies
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of contract processes
  • Initial review of NDAs, customer contracts, vendor agreements and other documents to provide feedback
  • Coordinate Deal Desk meetings and request information
  • Interface with the implementation/project team to ensure that SOWs align to customer agreements and standard pricing
  • Update and maintain customer records in SFDC and company intranet for contract details
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and be open to feedback, always seeking ways to enhance our contracts processes and experience
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem policies and procedures
