  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition project management or Talent Acquisition Channel Management
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects globally/regionally.
  • Strong grasp of Talent Acquisition lifecycle metrics and operational levers.
  • Project and change management expertise.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate priorities into actionable plans.
Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of global Talent Acquisition CoE projects across core pillars: Recruitment Channels and Top Talent Relationship.
  • Strategic Partnership Management & Talent Market Intelligence: Responsible for managing headhunting vendor relationships and maintaining partnerships, gaining insights into leading talent in the market, and providing critical market intelligence to support recruitment strategies.
  • Strategic Project Management: Define project scope, KPIs, and timelines; ensure on-time delivery aligned with organizational goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with TA Delivery Teams, HR Business Partners, HR Information Systems, Employer Branding, and vendors to drive program success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate working sessions, governance reviews, and progress updates for global/regional stakeholders.
  • Global Standardization: Develop frameworks, toolkits, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across regions.
  • Talent Innovation: Support employer branding, talent intelligence, and candidate experience enhancements in key markets.
  • International Scope: Drive headquarters-led initiatives with localized implementation across multiple countries.
