Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including at least 3 years as a Plant or Operations Manager, is required.
  • The candidate must have experience implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • The candidate must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead through influence, set clear expectations, and hold teams accountable.
  • The candidate must have deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality systems.
  • The candidate must have experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing safer, more efficient practices across operations.
  • The candidate must have demonstrated success managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • The candidate must be skilled in using the Choosing By Advantages decision-making methodology.
  • The candidate must be available to work between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel up to 15% depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and vision for plant operations, driving a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and develop leaders across Production, Materials, Quality, and Engineering.
  • Deliver key business results in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.
  • Drive Operational Excellence through Lean tools, systems thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain to support business objectives.
  • Champion the key behaviors of People First, We Work Together, and We Learn and Grow.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and take proactive steps to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
  • Act as a change agent by driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and innovation.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar experience is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems is preferred.
