Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, and/or communications.
  • At least 5 years of experience performing marketing analytics at an agency, building data-backed insights and recommendations, optimizing processes, and delivering operational excellence.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with proven data interpretation abilities.
  • Ability to use predictive and prescriptive analytics beyond descriptive analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across functional areas.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of user interface issues, and proficiency in quantitative data analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise, client-ready documents.
  • Experience with ad-serving and web analytics tools, including Google DFA, Atlas, GA4, and Omniture.
  • Experience with brand safety solutions such as DoubleVerify or IAS.
  • Knowledge of demand-side platforms, including The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon; ad servers such as CM360 and FlashTalking; bid management platforms such as Skai, Marin, and DD360; data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI; and Prisma.
  • Strong proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including spreadsheet formatting, pivot tables, graphs, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, especially Tableau, and potentially Origami Logic, Datorama, Domo, or Sisense.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Python.
  • Experience with syndicated research sources and tools such as Nielsen and comScore.
  • Ability to anticipate issues, diagnose problems, and communicate implications before they arise.
  • Ability to consider different perspectives, learn quickly, and deal calmly with stress.
Responsibilities
  • Execute project plans following approved objectives and timelines.
  • Work with internal media teams to support a seamless transition from media planning through campaign deployment and post-campaign reporting analytics.
  • Enforce data governance procedures across media platforms, databases, and data visualization platforms.
  • Maintain and update documentation for team processes, measurement standards, and operational workflows.
  • Develop campaign measurement plans with client data teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate data collection across media analytics, media strategy, and ad operations for client marketing mix modeling initiatives.
  • Lead day-to-day escalation and troubleshooting for a team of Senior Analysts.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a Junior Analyst, strengthening soft skills and technical capabilities.
  • Oversee and consult with Ad Operations on media tag execution and with Digital Analytics on site-tag implementation.
  • Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and provide internal and client points of view where applicable.
  • Manage technology partner relationships to achieve optimal outcomes for client objectives.
  • Act as a resource to agency teams for data management, tagging, and platform management needs, escalating to leadership as necessary.
  • Maintain an end-to-end understanding of campaign deployment and analytics delivery processes across departments.
  • Streamline advertising technology workflows and remove redundancies.

Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire LiveRamp, a global data collaboration platform, for $2.2 billion in an all-cash transaction at $38.50 per share, representing a 29.8% premium to LiveRamp's closing price on 15 May 2026. LiveRamp connects over 25,000 publisher domains and 500+ technology partners across 14 markets, enabling brands, retailers and media platforms to unify and activate data securely. The company has 1,300 employees and delivered a trailing five-year compound annual growth rate of 13%. The acquisition will position Publicis as a leader in data co-creation, enabling clients to build more intelligent AI agents by combining multiple data sources securely. Publicis has raised its 2027-2028 growth objectives to 7-8% for net revenue and 8-10% for headline earnings per share. The transaction is expected to close before year-end 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Fabric Social sold to Publicis Groupe UK with revenues exceeding $17M

Mayo-born entrepreneur Niall McGarry has sold Fabric Social to Publicis Groupe UK, a division of the world's largest communications group. The company reported revenues of £13 million (€14.9 million) in the 12 months to March 2026 and employed 110 people at the time of sale. Fabric Social was profitable and served blue-chip clients in Britain including Sky, Subway EMEA, Currys, Morrisons, Just Eat, Autotrader, Holland & Barrett and Vodafone. The company also operated a smaller Irish business as a retained social agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Publicis acquires 160over90, declares sports marketing its 'next big bet

Publicis Groupe has acquired sports marketing agency 160over90 from WME Group for an undisclosed sum, positioning sports as its "next big bet" for growth. The deal is pending regulatory approval. Founded in 2001, 160over90 employs over 670 people across the US, UK, EMEA and APAC, working with global brands on major sporting events including the Super Bowl, Olympics and World Cup. The agency will join Publicis Sports, led by CEO Suzy Deering. Publicis is forming a partnership with WME to enable collaborations between its agencies and WME's talent roster. The acquisition follows Publicis' purchases of sports agencies Adopt and Bespoke in 2025 and creator marketing agency Influential in 2024. Publicis reported $17.18 billion in net revenue in 2025, up 5.6% year-on-year.
