About the Role:

*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, multiple times a week.*

Fubo is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help take our ad tech capabilities to the next level. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert on how to drive ad revenue growth across a robust technical infrastructure that includes internal and external components. The ability to dive deep into data is a must. A strong industry expertise should be supplemented with ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and earn stakeholder trust with strong results. 

In this role, you will:

• Manage product development for new features, enhancements, and integrations to drive ad monetization KPI improvements
• Develop audience targeting solutions for 1st party data segmentation, enrichment, and marketplace integration
• Work directly with the engineering teams to provide requirements and guidance
• Perform product discovery and identify new ad monetization opportunities that contribute towards overall business goals
• Help prioritize the ad tech team’s backlog, ensuring that work aligns with the company’s OKRs
• Share subject matter expertise and encourage a bottoms-up culture
• Collaborate and cross-pollinate ideas with teams across the entire Fubo organization
• Report into the VP of Product Management 

What skills, experience, and education you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of product management experience, at least 3 years in ad tech
• Hands-on experience operating within ad-serving systems, programmatic exchanges, including audience targeting, preferably focused on video streaming ad insertion 
• Comfort with data - basic SQL skills, analytical chops, understanding of how it all ladders up to business needs
• Strong knowledge of the CTV and programmatic advertising ecosystems, including SSPs, DSPs and reseller partner technologies
• Solid understanding of CTV industry guidelines and hands-on experience with programmatic video advertising standards such as VAST, VMAP, oRTB
• Demonstrated ability to think, plan and communicate in the near-term, medium term and long term
• Incisive decision-making skills

• A self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced software development environment
• Experienced in analyzing data to help formulate conclusions and drive product decisions
• Proficient at building strong relationships across disciplines

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $150,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $180,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo’s annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
