Requirements
  • 1+ year working knowledge of health plan benefit concepts (e.g., deductibles, copays and other forms of cost sharing, etc.).
  • 1+ year Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or comparable programs within the Google Docs Editors suite
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and summarize process behavior to expedite the design/solutioning process
  • Communicate how the Clinical system works (i.e. the configuration) to internal teams to address inquiries
  • Resolve bug reports through education or escalation to development teams
  • Support Clinical operations by designing and documenting platform-supported processes and automations based on regulatory or business requirements
  • Identify and pilot opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct necessary maintenance work and take on ad-hoc projects associated with authorization or referral configuration.
  • Other duties as assigned
