Requirements

Intermediate to expert knowledge of macOS 10.10 and later.
Intermediate to expert-level package-building experience using Apple Configurator 1.7 and later.
Intermediate to expert knowledge of hardware platforms including iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac mini, iPad, and iPod touch.
Intermediate to expert knowledge of Jamf Casper for macOS device management.
Experience supporting and administering large implementations of iOS and macOS devices in a multi-location or multi-geography environment.
Experience triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving problems and incidents using vendor and third-party tools and technical support when required.
Experience providing desk-side and remote support through a ticketing system.
Experience providing Level 2 to Level 3 operational support for macOS and iOS.
Ability to write clear documentation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Triage, troubleshoot, and fix problems and incidents affecting iOS and macOS devices.
Provide desk-side and remote technical support through a ticketing system.
Support and administer large implementations of iOS and macOS devices across multiple locations or geographies.
Provide Level 2 to Level 3 operational support for macOS and iOS.
Build packages using Apple Configurator.
Manage macOS devices using Jamf Casper.
Administer iOS and macOS hardware platforms.

Desired Qualifications

Jamf Casper certification is highly preferred.
Certifications are a plus.
Experience in a retail support environment is a plus.
Experience administering or managing iOS devices through mobile device management is a plus.
A task-oriented approach with a focus on meeting goals in a timely manner.
Being proactive and self-starting.
