Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the biotech, life sciences, or technology sector.
  • 2+ years production experience in a content management role either in-house or bio-focused agency.
  • Experience with new content development (Webinar, eBook, Web Site Page etc) including project management and stakeholder communication, website and social media management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a portfolio of published content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the process for internal and external marketing content creation and distribution
  • Work with external publishers to plan and execute on the creation of paid digital events and assets.
  • Support marketing and product team through creation of new collateral including video, web and PDF content.
  • Manage social media and website content posting and updates.
  • Collaborate with external copy and graphic design resources.
  • Draft, edit, and produce engaging content for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Develop clear and compelling creative briefs to guide designers, videographers, and writers in creating cohesive, on-brand content.
  • Oversee the content production process from initial concept through to final publication, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with Elegen’s product, R&D, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to refresh and repurpose existing content to extend its impact and reach.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Elegen’s brand voice, messaging, and guidelines across various platforms.
