Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on benefits administration and compensation
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with a diverse team
Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, disability, and other voluntary benefits
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Partner with vendors and brokers to evaluate and optimize benefits offerings, balancing cost-efficiency and employee satisfaction
  • Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process, including employee communications and system updates
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and other benefits-related policies
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of competitive compensation programs
  • Conduct market analyses and participate in salary surveys to benchmark compensation practices to ensure competitive pay practices and internal equity
  • Collaborate with leadership to create job descriptions and establish salary ranges for new and existing roles
  • Administer pay-for-performance and incentive programs in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Payroll administration and oversight
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with retention requirements
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and legally compliant approach
  • Drive HR metrics, analytics and reporting to support robust decision making
  • Lead ad hoc HR initiatives to support the growing business
