Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via incoming calls, acting as the first point of contact after property damage.
  • Gather customer details and validate insurance coverage.
  • Create claim reports for the transition to a Claims Examiner.
  • Respond in a timely manner to all customer inquiries.
  • Accurately enter customer details into the database.
  • Ensure that QA metrics are met regarding customer satisfaction and call management.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to leadership for resolution, as needed.
  • Maintain records according to company standards, ensuring that procedures are properly followed, and that information is accurately documented.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
