  • Guide customers through the problem-solving process and escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support if necessary
  • Provide accurate information about IT products or services, maintain detailed records of events and resolutions, update customer status and information, and relay customer feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team
  • Identifies and proposes potential improvements to procedures
  • This junior role serves as the primary point of contact for users requesting resolution of IT issues
  • Receives guidance from more senior personnel
