Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic corporate law advice and commercial insights to the Monzo Group
  • Support general corporate law and corporate governance compliance
  • Provide Group M&A and corporate development legal advice
  • Advise on capital markets and Group disclosure
  • Provide capital raising advice
  • Advise on corporate governance implications associated with stock option issuance
  • Support the preparation of Monzo Group Consolidated Annual Report & Accounts
  • Scale a high performing corporate legal advisory function
  • Prepare, review and negotiate corporate agreements and documents
  • Lead and evolve corporate legal processes and procedures
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to corporate activities
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and law firms
