As an Underwriting Operations Analyst you will help source, manage, and track data for the Justworks Underwriting department. You will have the ability to create and execute projects to improve efficiency and the customer experience. You are someone who can identify, implement,  and iterate upon improvements to operational efficiency in a quickly growing business. Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

• Build and analyze reports to identify where changes should be made for better efficiency and quality, and lower costs 
• Develop and define KPIs for department adoption and usage
• Build and maintain reports, models, and dashboards around these key metrics to monitor and improve performance
• Develop plans to optimize operations and train Underwriting Teams 
• Collect and analyze data to produce forecasts, assessments, recommendations, and reports
• Oversee daily and routine processes, tracking metrics and making improvements
• Work cross functionally with team members within network
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of at least 2 years of project management and/or data process experience 
• Experience writing SQL 
• Strong knowledge of Excel or another tool for data manipulation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed knowledge of Salesforce reporting
• Property & Casualty Insurance and/or PEO experience preferred

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $75,000.00 to $82,500.00 per year.
