Responsibilities
  • Closure of a high number of trouble tickets submitted by various individuals throughout the company
  • Support existing and create new software tools for the labs
  • Mentor and teach Jr. Lab Administrators the ways of the lab
  • Keep a safe, clean, and productive lab environment
  • Removal of old cable from racks
  • Auditing and fixing of areas in the lab that have fallen from policy standards
