WORKERBASE provides a connected worker platform for manufacturing using a low-code IIoT platform that unifies frontline workers, machinery, and data in a single digital environment to improve production flexibility and efficiency. The system collects real-time data from equipment and people, enables real-time workflows, analytics, predictive work, and process mining, and integrates with existing ERP or MES and IIoT systems via subscriptions and custom solutions. It differentiates by focusing on the connected worker and live factory floor, enabling frontline teams to design workflows quickly without heavy coding, with end-to-end integration and predictive features. Its goal is to help manufacturing sites achieve higher flexibility, steadier production, and lower operating costs by turning workers and machines into a unified optimized digital system.
