Requirements
  • 3-6 years of work experience in management consulting / digital product consulting / analytic domain
  • Proven track record of managing teams to deliver projects to clients
  • Experience in managing project stakeholders, including C-level executives at large corporations / Fortune 500 companies
  • Self-motivated individual with a desire to 'roll up their sleeves' and work with customers to discover solutions
  • Strong team leader comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Post-graduate in business discipline from a Tier I institution (preferred)
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for solving significant problems
Responsibilities
  • Working 1-on-1 with key clients to understand business objectives and deliver value at scale
  • Leading cross-functional pilot delivery teams to ensure maximum value creation for customers
  • Identifying and managing analyses needed to help clients achieve value
  • Managing product deployment within time and budget goals
  • Leading clients through change management to ensure product integration with workflows
  • Continuing to lead customer engagement post-implementation
