- Post-graduate in business discipline from a Tier I institution (preferred)

- Work 1-on-1 with key clients to understand business objectives and deliver value at scale
- Lead cross-functional pilot delivery teams to ensure maximum value creation for customers
- Identify and manage analyses needed to help clients achieve value
- Manage product deployment within time and budget goals
- Lead customer engagement post-implementation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Interface with sales and product leadership while owning client engagements
