- Board certification or board eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease.
- Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology.
- Eligibility for or ability to obtain medical licensure in the state of practice.
- Active or eligible DEA certification.
- Strong clinical experience managing complex heart failure patients.
- Proficiency in invasive cardiology procedures such as heart catheterization, if required by the role.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
- Commitment to quality care, patient safety, and clinical excellence.
- Join an established team of advanced heart failure cardiologists supported by a multidisciplinary team.
- Perform invasive procedures including heart catheterization and CardioMEMS implantation.
- Participate in the destination left ventricular assist device center and active cardiogenic shock program.
- Contribute to the CardioMEMS, pulmonary hypertension, heart failure clinical trials, and registry programs.
- Provide or participate in academic teaching activities where applicable.
- Experience with or exposure to mechanical circulatory support devices, such as left ventricular assist devices.
- Interest in academic, teaching, or research activities, if applicable.
