Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing, updating, and organizing onboarding and training materials
  • Coordinate internal training sessions, enablement events, and learning initiatives
  • Support the administration of enablement tools (e.g., LMS, CMS, Gong)
  • Collect and analyze feedback to help optimize learning programs
  • Collaborate with Enablement Specialists and stakeholders across the revenue team
  • Stay up-to-date on sales enablement trends and bring new ideas to the table
