- Maintain an active Workday HCM certification.
- Have 5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant.
- Have 3+ years of experience as a lead consultant delivering Core HCM at the subject matter expert level.
- Have strong subject matter expertise in Workday architecture, security, and best practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully navigate client-facing situations and coordinate support resources.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream, ensuring adherence to Workday best practices while maintaining robust security for initial implementations, phase X, and other engagement types.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions that address client needs, serving as a subject matter expert for complex or sensitive client issues.
- Use AI and technology-enabled tools in delivery work.
- Maintain accurate project forecasts for the assigned workstream, monitor delivery progress, and communicate timelines, risks, and expectations to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other domain leads to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership content and intellectual property, including knowledge-sharing sessions, enablement guides, and best-practice materials.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for sales and delivery by supporting solution architecture, demonstrations, client presentations, and scoping estimates.
- Additional Workday certifications, such as People Experience, Peakon, Reporting, or Advanced Compensation.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and enable support consultants.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language.
