Responsibilities
  • Think both strategically and tactically, and also rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty.
  • Write customer-facing copy that spans Nexamp's owned channels: website, articles, email, social, and offline.
  • Champion clarity to distill our brand mission, impact, offerings, and enrollment process into accessible language for internal and external audiences.
  • Evolve, maintain, and enforce Nexamp’s brand voice.
  • Collaborate with and develop strong relationships with business units across the organization to gain a thorough understanding of and support the organization.
  • Provide support to senior leadership, the People Team, and affinity groups to help shape communication that provides clarity and impact.
  • Align internal messaging with the company’s mission, core behaviors, and product positioning.
  • Organize and track feedback across multiple writing assignments, rapidly integrating feedback to keep content velocity high.
  • Maintain a bar of excellence for proofreading and editing.
  • Provide high-quality creative work in a deadline-driven environment.
