- Highly proactive – you don’t wait for a brief to be assembled for you, and don’t expect things to be tidy.
- Experience distilling complex products and processes into simple, digestible bits of communication.
- Experience working across multiple subject matter experts and organizational perspectives.
- Self-starter and strategic thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- Ability to ask appropriate questions, analyze data, identify the root causes of problems, and present creative solutions.
- Expertise in building strong internal and external relationships with customers and stakeholders, instilling trust and loyalty across the industry.
- Eagerness to develop a fundamental understanding of how Nexamp operates and then apply that knowledge effectively to inform business decisions.
