What You Will Be Doing:
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our HelloFresh employee benefits offering. Crucial to our company mission to change the way people eat forever, and particularly relevant in the current cost of living crisis, we work with the world’s best known companies to offer easy and affordable home cooking to their employees on a subsidized subscription basis, much akin to ClassPass. In addition to this, companies are using HelloFresh to provide one-off gifts to their employees or tied into wider events.
In this role, you will work with both local and international HelloFresh teams to perfect our offering, evolve our GTM strategy, deliver on revenue targets and ensure a flawless experience for Partner companies.
Who You Are:
- Strong B2B, sales and account management experience
- Experience in B2B Employee Benefits would be a bonus
- Strategic, data-driven sales professional who can lead a team to drive, nurture and convert the growing interest in our B2B offering
- You will both coach and mentor the existing team on strategies and tactics, as well as driving new business yourself - Experience in scaling a sales team would be beneficial
- Proven record of hitting revenue targets and experience in closing Enterprise sized deals
- Adept with sales software and best practices - ideally Hubspot
- Highly analytical, deep understanding of what it takes to drive lead qualification and win rates
