Responsibilities
  • Developing and following a comprehensive annual territory plan to identify and pursue the greatest opportunities for sales growth.
  • Making sales presentations to dealers, builders, contractors and architects to ensure that VELUX product lines are being promoted in a professional, timely and effective manner to achieve sales results.
  • Trains dealers, builders, contractors and architects in the proper application and installation of VELUX product lines.
  • Performing special projects or assignments for the Sales Management Team in that region.
  • Works within established budget to control expenses and to maximize profitability within the specified territory.
  • Completing required reports and analysis in a timely manner.
  • May assist in the training of recently hired individuals within the Sales Force.
  • Performing field service activities as needed within specified territory.
  • Travel to help other sales representatives conduct training sessions, perform field service activities, or participate in local trade shows.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • A good working knowledge of the building industry is preferred.
  • Three to five years of Outside Sales Experience is preferred.

VELUX & LOTS Group launch electrification project. May 26, 2026 at 6:29 AM The VELUX Group, a Danish manufacturer of roof windows, and the LOTS Group, a subsidiary of the Swedish truck manufacturer Scania, have launched a collaboration to advance the electrification of logistics in VELUX's European transport network. The aim of the project is to develop a scalable model for the operation of battery electric vehicles (BEV) along a 1,250 km circular route, which is considered one of the longest BEV corridors in Europe.
