Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-10 years experience with hands-on experience as well as leadership experience primarily recruiting and sourcing for Engineering, Product and Design roles
  • Proven analytical skills and strong interest in creating, evaluating and optimizing sourcing efforts
  • Experience with tracking success and establishing metrics for recruiting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers on hiring initiatives and achieving clearly defined goals
  • Passion for finding diverse talent and championing inclusion throughout the hiring process and within the company
  • Strong work ethic, and who thrives in an ever changing startup environment
Responsibilities
  • Hands-on leadership of a team of full-cycle recruiters for technical and non-technical roles
  • Collaborate closely and create effective partnerships with hiring managers and area leaders
  • Organizing sourcing efforts across all functions
  • Leverage data to increase quality of hires and time-to-close
  • Provide guidance to recruiters on handling career and compensation conversations with candidates
  • Partner with key stakeholders on projects to strengthen our talent brand
