Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit University or College
  • 1+ years of experience in the Homebuilding Industry or Commercial Real Estate
  • Proven track record of leading a team in achieving operational metrics, and prioritizing and controlling workload to meet deadlines
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • Proven history of exceptional organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work within a collaborative environment
  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency with Excel that includes the ability to manipulate data, filter, and develop basic formulas
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 8-12 researchers to track all components of new home construction in the United States
  • Deliver a comprehensive database of home builders and their inventory to power Homes.com and CoStar
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through individual development plans tailored to skill, competencies, and career development that result in a center of excellence
  • Collaborate with leaders and peers in the creation of processes and workflow to elevate the quality and consistency of content for our residential products
  • Manage assignments from inception to completion ensuring deadlines are met
  • Track performance indicators to measure quality and timeliness of content relative to standards and guidelines
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients and internal leaders to resolve issues and assess needs for future operational improvements and innovation
  • Ensure data quality and identify opportunities for data enhancement
  • Promote the advantages of utilizing our suite of products to make informed business decisions and maximize marketing exposure
  • Work with the GIS and content teams when identifying new large-scale master-planned communities that qualify as neighborhoods
  • Partner with CoStar and Homes.com sales organizations to effectively on-board clients and provide additional product training as needed to solve their business needs
  • Provide world-class customer service to all clients with a heavy emphasis on personal attention
