Requirements
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and their business applications.
  • Exposure to or experience with AI as it pertains to digital employee experiences (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants, agents)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, and digital workplace tools that impact DEX
  • Help in creating proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to demonstrate the value of new technologies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to capture insights on business challenges and find opportunities where AI can add value
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute to the strategy for emerging technology adoption
  • Analyze and benchmark the Digital Employee Experience landscape
  • Build executive and stakeholder presentations
