WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
2K is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the launch of multiple inter-connected programs. This role requires working closely with product management and software development groups across the organization to ensure successful delivery of critical initiatives. The position requires regular communication with executive management for status, risks, and mitigations. Excellent listening and writing skills, as well as strong technical competency is essential. The ideal candidate can focus on both delivery and customers. You should have experience managing multiple complete product development cycles, possess superior analytical abilities and expert product judgment. A successful candidate will have a technical background, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and great project management and communication competencies.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Experience executing corporate-wide initiatives: define project plans, coordinate resources, manage implementation activities, and develop all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support.
- High degree of competency with program management including, Agile methodology, identifying and managing risks, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communicating overall program status
- High energy and a positive outlook with the passion to make things better at every opportunity
- Excellent collaboration at all levels, with crisp and compelling verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills and listening skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to varying audiences
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A deep understanding of the software development process, and a track record of shipping software on time
- Experience influencing senior management and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives.
- Prior success driving multiple inter-connected programs, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics inform future efforts, and fine-tuning the program as needed.

The pay range for this position in Texas at the start of employment is expected to be between $120,000 and $145,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
