  • 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying Sales roles selling to existing customers
  • Experience with consumption-based models, HR/TA tech, Staffing, VMS/MSP industries
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding Sales goals

  • Strong consultative skills and effective discovery

Responsibilities
  • Partner with mid-market customers to demonstrate a compelling business case for Upwork
  • Stay current on clients' business, industry, key objectives, and challenges
  • Build trusted relationships with Economics Buyers and key decision makers
  • Secure annual subscription renewals and drive paper process
  • Own topline customer revenue and internal Forecast
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver customer value
