Who Are We:
Mediahub is a full-service media agency with a unique structure and client offer. We grew out of creative agency MullenLowe in the hot crucible of the digital and data revolution that has transformed media over the last ten years.
We believe media’s strongest growth lever is innovation. AI and algorithms are useful for efficiency but lead brands to say similar things in similar places to similar audiences. Effectiveness comes from innovation, and innovation comes from creativity. At Mediahub, our positioning, More Pilot, Less Auto, offers clients an antidote to the ‘mindless media’ that results from automation, bringing active stewardship to deliver media effectiveness.
We offer the best of both worlds: an entrepreneurial culture backed by the global scale of Mediabrands. You’ll join an agency that’s full of energy, experimentation and ambition. We’re a home for pilots, not passengers.
We live by our values:
- Anticipate Tomorrow. We don’t wait for the future, we build it. We listen hard, act early, spot shifts in the media landscape before they land, and shape what comes next
- Perform with Pride. Excellence isn’t an outcome, it’s a mindset. We care deeply about our responsibility to deep craft, to each other, and the world around us
- Turn No into Next. Rejection doesn’t stop us, it sharpens us. We turn rejection into redirection
- Question What Others Won’t. We challenge the comfortable, embrace experiments, and ask questions without fear of failure
- Fight Inertia. Momentum comes from openness. We resist complacency by listening fully, sharing boldly, and acting with intent
- Be Brave. The riskiest thing is playing it safe. Bravery gets us to ideas others will never reach.
Position Overview
The Senior Creative Media Executive is an ambitious creative thinker and doer, stepping into a role within Mediahub’s Radical + Disruptive (R+D) Lab - a team dedicated to crafting bold, culturally resonant media ideas that grab attention, travel organically, and deliver serious impact for our clients.
As part of a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary team, you’ll help shape the ideas we take to clients - spotting fresh innovations, uncovering cultural insights, and curating visual inspiration. You’ll collaborate with strategists, data specialists and planners to co-develop standout concepts, while sharpening your skills in creative storytelling, deck craft and media ideation.
This role is ideal for someone with one or two years of experience under their belt who’s ready to stretch their wings: supporting and owning creative responses, project-managing campaign delivery, and starting to be a client-facing contributor. It’s a chance to grow fast, stay curious, and help make ideas that matter.
Responsibilities:
Creative Development & Ideation
- Contribute creative thinking and cultural insights to briefs, brainstorms, and proactive pitches.
- Co-author creative concepts and work closely with mid- and senior-level R+D colleagues to develop media-led ideas that challenge expectations and deliver against KPIs.
- Build visual and written elements of decks - improving clarity, tone, and storytelling with every project.
- Monitor trends across culture, tech, content and media - bringing new stimuli to the team.
Campaign & Project Delivery
- Support creative development and project coordination on live campaigns, liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure execution stays on track.
- Help structure creative timelines and manage day-to-day progress on select deliverables.
- Lead internal projects and initiatives that elevate the creative output of the R+D Lab, including inspiration decks, newsletters and trend reports.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Participate in client meetings and presentations - starting to present work and articulate thinking behind ideas.
- Work closely with media planners, strategists and creative leads to ensure integration and consistency across workstreams.
- Become a trusted, go-to contributor who brings solutions, not just questions.
Craft & Personal Development
- Continuously refine writing, presentation design, and storytelling skills.
- Build fluency in industry tools and platforms including Google Slides, Keynote, and media-specific databases.
- Take initiative on learning - volunteering for stretch projects, sharing POVs, and asking smart questions that push the work forward.
- Attend learning sessions, industry events, and Mediahub-wide culture initiatives.
About You:
- Creatively Curious – You’re plugged into culture, ideas, and what makes people care.
- Visually Sharp – You know how to bring an idea to life through clean, compelling slides and strong image curation.
- Collaborative – You work well in a team, take feedback with grace, and actively help those around you.
- Organised & Reliable – You know how to juggle deadlines, prioritise tasks, and follow through without constant oversight.
- Culturally Connected – You’re a trendspotter, meme-obsessed, platform-savvy, and love finding the unexpected in the everyday.
- A Growing Voice – You’re building the confidence to speak up in rooms, present your ideas, and become a visible force in the team.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a creative, media, content, or advertising agency role
- Some exposure to creative development, pitch processes, or campaign delivery
- Comfortable using Google Slides, Docs, Excel and/or PowerPoint
- Demonstrable interest in creative media, pop culture, and storytelling
- A strong portfolio or work examples that show conceptual thinking and originality (can include side projects, student work, or agency experience)
