  • Remote support of devices for WHS users
  • Handle escalated queued tickets and ensure SLAs are met
  • Identify and document common contact reasons and update knowledge base
  • Manage and participate in calling new RPM patients for client onboarding
  • Lead in enriching internal knowledge base and writing workflows
  • Improve reports on WHS products
  • Lead cross-team projects to impact top contact reasons
  • Analyze key indicators and propose solutions to improve customer experience
  • Communicate technical and business concepts
