Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in concrete construction, including layout, footings, cast-in-place walls, slab-on-grade, and site concrete work.
- Knowledge and use of proper construction safety.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read plans.
- High school degree or higher education.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple commercial concrete projects while serving as the customer point of contact.
- Create shop drawings.
- Schedule projects from start to finish.
- Price, budget, and negotiate project work.
- Manage crews and quality.
- Perform job costing and office functions for project management.
- Purchase materials.
- Set up and manage subcontracting.
- Process change orders and obtain required signatures.
- Conduct preconstruction meetings.
- Take company-created computer-aided design drawings and plans to job sites, review questions with building superintendents, and coordinate completion of all project phases.
- Process office paperwork and billing.
- Ensure materials are on site when needed.
Desired Qualifications
