Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service that surpasses customer expectations by following the Selling Ceremony.
  • Demonstrate and reflect the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code, and behaviour.
  • Develop detailed product knowledge, including construction, materials, care, and design, to provide knowledgeable customer service.
  • Build, develop, and maintain a personal client database to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations to store management.
  • Replenish stock according to company procedures and policies.
  • Maintain effective stock controls to ensure continued stock supply and accurate stock records.
  • Participate in and support the team during stock takes as required.
  • Attend and participate in store meetings and training events as required.
  • Participate in and represent Jimmy Choo during promotional events and activities.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation reflects visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique tidiness and cleanliness.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve all aspects of boutique performance.
  • Strive to achieve key performance indicators, individual targets, and store targets to increase boutique performance.
  • Implement and follow required procedures, standards, and policies outlined in Retail Excellence and communicated by the Company.
  • Communicate potential health and safety issues to the Store Manager and comply with Jimmy Choo safety and security procedures.
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with back-of-house and administrative operations as requested.
  • Support store management with other ad hoc duties reasonably required for the successful running of the boutique.
