Requirements
  • 5+ years of DFT experience
  • Strong knowledge of DFT techniques, including ATPG fault models and MBIST
  • Experience of getting very high coverage in both stuck at and transition faults
  • Experience with verifying DFT logic and close working relationship with full chip design verification
  • Proven ability to work with test engineers implementing and debugging patterns
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross functionally to resolve problems
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability & desire to work as a standout colleague are a must.
  • Extremely self-motivated and eager to solve problems
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Achieving exceptional test coverage for the wafer scale engine
  • Leveraging techniques like ATPG and BIST for logic
  • Collaborating with third-party SERDES vendors on loopback and eye monitor methodologies
  • Working on design, pattern generation, and post-silicon debugging
  • Collaborating closely with the RTL, verification, and physical design teams
