Responsibilities
  • Be a core part of the Medical Economic team, working closely with data analysts, business stakeholders, engineers, and other PMs
  • Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure reporting accurately reflects requirements
  • Ensure proper planning and managing of sprints making sure the work stays on track for timely delivery
  • Establish credibility and trusted working partnerships with business stakeholders; regularly facilitate decision making, and communicate progress with stakeholders
  • Support the near and long-term roadmap development for Cityblock to define, develop and deliver on Medical Economic related projects, including BOI
  • 3-5 years experience working in product management, project management, data analytics, or any other translatable experience
  • Direct business experience in managed care at a health insurance company, integrated delivery system, or population health services company
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus and develop trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; precision and attention to detail in writing end-user facing documentation
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently on a variety of tasks
