Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, although strong related work experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client services or customer service is required.
  • Laboratory or medical billing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, solve problems, and adapt flexibly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Time management, analytical thinking, and computer skills are required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance company requirements are required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the Client Services Team through field visits, site visits, problem solving, and liaison activities with laboratory management and operations.
  • Train Client Service Representatives in accepted client service processes to maintain customer satisfaction and grow sales.
  • Manage customer relationship functions through reports and evaluation.
  • Generate additional business through site visits and client consultation to increase market share of existing products and services.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to provide timely, professional, and courteous service to customers.
  • Analyze data and interpret sales and test volume trends.
  • Provide consistent touchpoints with the Client Services Team through phone, email, meetings, and one-on-one field visits.
  • Ensure the Client Services Team provides timely and accurate sales forecasts, activity, account updates, and reports through the customer relationship management system.
  • Observe competitor activities and gather and interpret product and market intelligence.
  • Interface with Regional Directors and Operations Managers to solve customer issues and develop plans and strategies for customer success.
  • Participate in workgroups with internal departments to improve efficiency and resolve problems and payer issues.
  • Provide leadership and development to Client Service Representatives.
  • Facilitate team building, foster trust and respect, manage conflict resolution, and maintain positive morale.
