Impact
As our Art Director/Designer located in Birmingham, AL or Atlanta, GA you will join our internal, multi-disciplinary team of creatives and content marketers. Across design, copywriting, photography, video, social, and digital, this team stewards the visual brand and focuses on creating meaningful engagements between our brand and community of members.
While no two days are the same you will be a creative strategic partner to push creative excellence across the entire organization, you will be involved in weekly ideation and the execution of videos and photoshoots. Lastly, you will consistently elevate our current visual approach while continuing to demonstrate a hunger to grow your skills.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- You have 3 years of experience in photo and video art direction
- You enjoy the ability to both collaborate and work independently
- You’ve worked in an environment where you are highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, + Illustrator Figma, Premier, and After Effects
- You feel confident where there are experiential gaps, show a willingness to learn and seek out answers
- You enjoy an appetite to learn and grow within your role
- You feel confident bringing personal POV, be your full + authentic self
- You know how to demonstrate a hunger for elevating your own style and growing your skills
Work Arrangement:
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis.
