  • Degree in Bio-Science, Radiography, Life-science, Biology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or another relevant, advanced degree (preferably in Neuroscience)
  • Healthcare related experience with a commercial mindset

  • Excellent communication and Influencing skills

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer and patient interactions with Medtronic devices
  • Provide technical support in the operating theatre and patient clinics
  • Perform trouble-shooting functions and resolve customer issues in key accounts
  • Effectively collaborate with sales, clinical and engineer teams to ensure best use and practices of our devices within key accounts
  • Ensure own competitor knowledge remains up to date along with the ability to promote Medtronic products in line with clinician and service needs
  • Provide data in line with the weekly business demands
