Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Document resident care accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in CA.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
