Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
  • 5+ years of experience working within Supply Chain. Experience in Transportation is a plus.
  • Experience working in Blue Yonder Cloud Transportation Management System. Preferably in the areas of Order Management, Planning Execution, Visibility, Dock Scheduling & Appointments, and Shipping & Fleet Management.
  • Experience with systems and data integration. Systems such as SAP ECC Transportation, SAP SCM Route Determination, Four Kites, or Syncada, would be a plus.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to explore and implement new technology.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for functional and technical capabilities of Blue Yonder Cloud Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Stay current on Blue Yonder Cloud TMS features and best practices through benchmarking, user conferences, and knowledge sessions.
  • Evaluate and share insights on system upgrades and tools to enhance Corporate Transportation and Blue Yonder TMS processes.
  • Help execute process and strategy improvements related to supply chain focused on transportation improvement projects.
  • Apply knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS functionality and transportation operations processes to optimize strategy execution while fully leveraging TMS capabilities.
  • Work cross-functionally to gather business requirements, document business processes and integration, assist with training and provide go-live support when new functionalities are being implemented.
  • Partner with the Solutions team to lead TMS strategy and project deployments, support system integration, UAT, and training, and contribute to the evolution of the global TMS template.
