Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working on a team focused on infrastructure and/or security
  • Detailed understanding of cloud and network security
  • Experience deploying and customizing security tools to address threats and lower risk
  • Experience in AWS or GCP with specific services
  • Experience using CI/CD pipelines for automated security testing
  • Experience writing infrastructure-as-code using tooling such as Terraform, Helm, etc
  • Experience working with container technologies and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of common security related frameworks and benchmarks such as CIS, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks or standards
  • Understanding of networking and web protocols
  • Fluency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go or JavaScript
Responsibilities
  • Discover, remediate and validate security issues across cloud infrastructure per industry standard information security policies
  • Build, deploy, and manage production security tools and services to monitor networks, endpoints, and cloud workloads
  • Design and operate scalable processes to provision cloud access and maintain least-privilege
  • Partner closely with security leadership, compliance and engineering to execute on security strategies
  • Assess and propose solutions regarding cloud security to security leadership
  • Perform architectural/design reviews through the security lens and provide timely, actionable requirements and recommendations
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in AWS specifically with one or more of the following services: GuardDuty, Config, Identity Center, Macie, CloudTrail, SecurityHub, Secrets Manager
  • Experience in GCP specifically with one or more of the following services: Security Command Center, GKE, Cloud IDS, Cloud Firewall, Secrets Manager
