  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of experience in management or building out a new team/function
  • Previous experience with supplier onboarding

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers pre or post-deal to build value and develop detailed vendor migration plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support, to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Identify the top 25-50 vendors for migration based on customer priorities and operational needs
  • Use Brex's proprietary vendor validation database to verify vendor acceptance of card payments and identify any additional fees, spend limits, or specific payment guidelines
  • Create documentation for prospect/customer demonstrating potential ROI of migrating spend to card
  • Contact vendors directly to negotiate favorable terms, especially when unique conditions, such as fees or limits, apply
  • Facilitate vendor communication on behalf of customers, including obtaining endorsement letters for Brex to advocate directly with vendors
  • Lead and conduct migration sessions with customers, guiding them through the transition of each vendor
  • Celebrate key customer milestones throughout the migration process to enhance the customer experience
  • Oversee the full vendor migration process, which often requires multiple sessions over a period of months, ensuring the successful transition of all identified vendors
