  • Conduct detailed screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Dora Team's mission.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Enhance Dora Team's employer brand through social media campaigns, tech community engagements, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment, specifically within the Web3, blockchain, frontier tech, and quantum sectors.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain an accurate applicant tracking system and provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to the management team.
