  • 10+ years of experience working across large-scale consumer brands in a marketing and/or brand strategy role
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
  • Track record of developing world-class business, brand, and marketing strategies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing campaign briefs for large-scale brand campaigns
  • Ability to work across a highly matrixed organization
  • Client-side experience is essential, but a mix of agency and client-side experience is welcome
Responsibilities
  • End-to-End management and leadership of annual planning process
  • Identifying growth opportunities across key audience segments & products
  • Developing actionable marketing strategies for regional marketing teams
  • Partnering with internal and external teams to optimize investment strategies
  • Designing & building marketing briefs for highest priority brand campaigns
  • Developing strategic documents & content for various audiences
  • Serving as a key leader on the US&C Regional Marketing team
  • Serving as a strategic partner to Operations & Finance teams
